Create homepage banners

What to do

1. 01

   Select Add Slider; this is the banner editor.

2. 02

   Enter a short title, destination link and optional description.

3. 03

   Upload a banner image at the recommended 1126 × 400 pixels. Keep important artwork within a safe central area.

4. 04

   Choose Active and save.

5. 05

   Refresh the website and customer app. Check the image crop, readable text and destination.

What you should see

Good to know

• Use a Suqva page link for a destination inside your store. Links to other websites open the browser.
• Fill in the title and description if you want editable banner text; an uploaded image alone does not create those fields.
• Keep important artwork and any text clear of the image edges so it remains readable on a phone.

Need help?

• Banner missing? Check its Active status and image upload, then refresh.
• No text? Check the saved title and description.
• Wrong destination? Open the saved link and confirm it is the intended store page.
