Find a customer using the supported filters.

Open the profile to review permitted account information and associated orders.

Use account status and address actions only with the appropriate permissions.
What you should see
Customer records link shopping accounts, saved addresses, order history and wallet information.
Good to know
- Use customer information only for the store task you are authorised to perform.
- Staff accounts and customer shopping accounts use separate sign-in pages.
Need help?
- Customer cannot sign in? Check active status and the correct login form.
- Missing history? Check that the customer used the same account and that filters are correct.
