What to do

Open the store website in your usual browser.

On Android, open the browser menu and look for Install app or Add to Home screen.

On iPhone, open the website in Safari, choose Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Confirm the name and open the new home-screen icon.
What you should see
The store opens from your home screen using the same website and account.
Good to know
- You can still shop in the browser without installing it.
- The home-screen website is different from the customer app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. You do not need both to shop.
- An offline page can appear when a connection is unavailable. Browsing current stock, accessing your account and placing an order require an internet connection.
