Create and apply coupons
Set discount rules that the store can apply at checkout.
Where to go
Admin → Growth → Discount codes
What to do
- 01
Enter a unique coupon name and code, description and required image.
- 02
Choose discount type and amount, start/end dates, minimum order, maximum discount and any per-user limit.
- 03
Review dates in the store timezone and save.
- 04
At checkout, open Apply coupon code, enter the code and verify the updated discount and total.
What you should see
An eligible coupon adjusts the quoted order discount. Invalid, expired or ineligible codes produce a message without changing the total.
Good to know
- Percentage discounts cannot exceed 100%. End date must not precede start date.
- Changing cart contents or eligibility can remove the coupon; recheck the final checkout total.

- Code rejected? Check spelling, dates, cart minimum, discount cap and usage limits.
- Discount changed after quantity update? Recalculate eligibility and verify the final total.
