Delivery app → Active Orders

Select an image to enlarge it. Sample details are shown.
What to do
- 01
Open Active Orders from the bottom navigation.

Review the current and upcoming assignments shown to your account.
- 03
Open an order and check its number, status and delivery information.
- 04
Refresh the list if the manager has just assigned you new work.
What you should see
You can open the details of your assigned orders and see the actions available for their current stage.
Good to know
- A store manager assigns delivery staff from admin. Orders belonging to another courier will not be your work list.
Need help?
- An expected delivery is missing? Refresh, confirm you are in the correct account and ask the manager to check the assignment.
